Farmforce is looking for a UX designer to lead and facilitate the management of our product portfolio. This role will report to the Head of Product and Development in Oslo, Norway, working independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketer who will be responsible for executing the company’s digital marketing strategy with a focus on paid search, social, SEO, emailing, and content production. After a complete rebranding process (and then an exciting brand to work with!), the role is to drive leads with the business target audiences and to optimize cost per lead and conversion via digital & social channels.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in lead generation in these channels and be a commercial marketer with an eye on ROI.


  • Plan and execute lead gen multi-channel campaigns (email, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop and manage marketing content
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Fit Profile

  • 2-3 years of similar experience
  • Strong interest in areas related to SaaS product, AgTech, and Sustainability
  • Customer-oriented mindset
    Understanding of lead generation channels
  • Experience in Paid Search, SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media (paid and organic)
  • Experience with HubSpot and WordPress
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Thrives in a rapidly changing, fast-paced tech start-up environment
  • Detailed and result oriented
  • Fluency in English
  • Right to work in Norway
